For the past 20 years, Lila Cristine has worked through Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga and Stress Relief Yoga to bring peace, balance and new joy to stressed people and people with a busy everyday life – through yoga and movement and with healing. Lila Cristine will include in her classes a combination of movement and mindfulness, with increased attention to both breathing and the senses, to get out of the head and down into the body, so that more peace can be felt afterwards.
