Anna lives and teaches yoga in North Germany. She is a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher, eventually having landed on Jivamukti Yoga. Over the years, she has discovered that the physical yoga practice prepares the body to establish a deep relationship with one’s mind. Anna loves to fill her classes with creative sequences accompanied by music.
Jivamukti Yoga is a challenging yoga method taught in the flowing Vinyasa Yoga style. It teaches the philosophy of yoga in a holistic and modern way. The Jivamukti method focuses not only on physical yoga practice, but also on compassionate and loving behavior towards all living beings.
