Gaurī loves Indian culture and leads a simple yogic life in the nature. She’s been sharing yoga since 2012 and lately she has deepened her understanding of traditional yoga and advaita vedanta through the teachings of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, while living close to and serving in his ashram in Spain. The yoga she shares includes asanas and movements, pranayama, bandhas and mudras, meditation and mantras. The focus is not only to become physically flexible, but to increase vitality and awareness and to quiet the mind.

Surya Yoga is a combination of Hatha yoga and pranayama with bandhas and mudras based on the classical Hatha Yoga of the Nathas (tradition of the lineage of Gorakshanath and origin of Hatha Yoga).
With mantra chanting and meditation.
We practice to transform and transcend ourselves, quieting the mind and returning to our divine essence.
The classes are open to everyone: for beginners and for those who want to deepen their practice.
