For the past 20 years, Lila Cristine has worked through Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga and Stress Relief Yoga to bring peace, balance and new joy to stressed people and people with a busy everyday life – through yoga and movement and with healing. She says: “For me, yoga is an inner meeting with my body, my senses, thoughts, feelings and my soul. Where breath and movement are the gateway to deeper understanding and acceptance of myself.” Lila Cristine will include in her classes a combination of movement and mindfulness, with increased attention to both breathing and the senses, to get out of the head and down into the body, so that more peace can be felt afterwards.

In these workshops Lila will guide you through sacred yoga exercises, breathwork and mantra meditation, celestial meditations from the kundalini yoga tradition and Ayurveda, in a gentle but yet powerful way, to bring you physical and emotional healing. The exercises will support you in having a more healthy relationship with yourself with loving and clear boundaries, and a stronger immune system.
Lila is founder of Nordic Kundalini Yoga which is a more feminine practice with a soft, light and yet strong approche. The yoga exercises balance the Yin and Yang energy, in the body and the feminine and the masculine principles of action and relaxation. Lila sometimes uses organic high quality aromatherapy in her classes and combines the yoga class with music, dance and sound. First part is active, the last part is relaxing with sound healing, either with chanting or with crystals and Tibetan bowls and bells to harmonise your body, mind and soul with the divine. This workshop is for all levels to join.
