Wivi-Anne’s passion for yoga started 20 years ago. For a long time, she had suffered from pain, mainly related to stress. When entering the world of yoga, she was amazed by the enormous impact it had on her inner life. She says, thanks to yoga she became more authentic and started to live a more fulfilled life. After many years of studying and teaching hatha and anusara yoga, Wivi-Anne added to her palette the inspiring knowledge of yin yoga. Wivi-Anne also has education in ayurveda and EQ (emotional intelligence), entering a new path to fully embrace all aspects of the human being. She is the founder of Ayur Yoga and over the years she has helped many hundreds of people to create their best base for health, and well-being and a starting point in exploring who they really are.
