Yoga Mela comes to life through many practical hands working together behind the scenes. All-rounder volunteers support different teams and help ensure that festival spaces are prepared, maintained, and ready for each moment of the program.
The Divinya team who organizes Yoga Mela is looking for a reliable and supportive team who enjoys hands-on work and is happy to contribute wherever needed. Tasks may include arranging halls, setting up event spaces, transporting tables or materials for gatherings, supporting the technical team with carrying equipment, maintaining common areas, dishwashing, and helping keep lounge and meeting spaces clean and welcoming.
While many participants join these activities as Karma Yoga, we rely on a dedicated team of all-rounder volunteers who help ensure these practical tasks are taken care of throughout the festival.
Your role...
- Helping prepare and arrange halls for concerts, workshops, and gatherings
- Transporting tables, chairs, and materials for different festival activities
- Supporting the technical team by carrying or moving equipment when needed
- Helping keep lounge areas and shared spaces clean and organized
- Assisting with dishwashing, cleaning, and other practical tasks when required
- Working collaboratively with other volunteers and team coordinators
- Contributing to a supportive and well-functioning festival environment
You are...

- Comfortable working in a dynamic festival environment with different teams
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing tasks during a shift
- Attentive to cleanliness, order, and maintaining welcoming shared spaces

Practical things to know before you join
Dates & Location: July 8 –19, 2026 Divinya, Farstorp, 241 92 Eslöv, Sweden Schedule:
- 8 July: Arrival between 15:00–20:00 — arrive, settle in, and meet your fellow volunteers
- 9–10 July: We come together to set up and organize the spaces, prepare equipment, and connect as a team. These days are about complete various environments where programs will take place, and participants will stay. Full participation during the preparation days is important to help everything run smoothly once the festival begins.
- 10 July (afternoon): The first guests arrive — and the welcoming must go smooth, thanks to everyone including the all-rounder team.
- 11 – 18 July: The official festival program begins — Everyone sticks to their schedule and contributes to the festival atmosphere.
- 19 July: Breakfast & departure
Your contribution:
- 5 hours of volunteering during each festival day
- 8 hours of volunteering during the preparation days (9 and 10 July)
With plenty of free time to enjoy the festival programs! Fees and what you get:
- Full festival ticket for free
- 3 meals per day
- Free camping spot
* Returning volunteers need to apply again and receive renewed approval.
